Emmanuel is a seasoned professional with a unique blend of expertise in marketing, policy advocacy and business development within the dynamic landscape of the Nigerian health insurance sector. He has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic thinking as the head of the Business Development Department of Venus Medicare Ltd. He started his business management career from the banking Industry with the defunct Intercontinental Bank Plc. in 2008 before making a foray into the Health Insurance Industry where he has garnered vast experience in business strategy building, healthcare underwriting, actuarial analysis, and product/brand development.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, a master’s degree in political economy and development studies and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Emmanuel is a fellow of the Institute of Health Insurance and Managed Care of Nigeria and a Member of the Institute of Public Administration of Nigeria.
