About Emeka Ayozie

Ayozie is a Fellow (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) USA. He is a Certified Forensic Accountant of Nigeria (CFAN) of the Institute of Chartered of Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is a Fellow of Institute for Health Insurance and Managed Care of Nigeria.

He had worked in various levels as Accountant and Ag Administrative Manager in a reputable pharmaceutical company, Head of Internal Control & Audit Unit of Zenith Medicare Limited (HMO). He had participated in many courses on Accounting, Taxation, Auditing and management. Presently he is the Chief Financial Officer of Venus Medicare Limited (formerly Zenith Medicare Limited) and a member, of the Management Team of Venus Medicare Limited. He was a member of ICAN Committee on Professional Examinations and Members’ Education and Training Committee.

Ayozie attended Federal Polytechnic, Oko for his Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy. Also, he holds a B.Sc. in Forensic Accounting of Achievers University Owo in Ondo State. Nigeria. He bagged his MBA in Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho in Oyo State.
