Joe Onwubuya is a Director of Veritas Registrars Limited. He is also a Director of Cyberspace Network Limited and oversees the growth and direction of the company. He is highly regarded in the technology industry and has over twenty years of Business, Security and Network consulting experience with several companies in Nigeria.

Mr. Onwubuya has held various positions in large integration and consulting companies and has also served as IT consultant to numerous financial institutions and Visafone Communications Limited. He is a seasoned IT professional in general with a specialization in networks.. Engineer Onwubuya holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the University of Lagos in addition to several other IT certifications both within and outside Nigeria, including: Cisco, Microsoft and Linux. He is an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School and a corporate member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers (MNSE) and Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN)..

Dr. Aminu is a graduate of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Maiduguri and also holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA). He has been working in the health insurance industry for over 19 years, starting with the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) where he rose to the rank of Assistant General Manager (AGM) before joining Venus Medicare Limited as the pioneer Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Chukwuemeke Igumbor is a seasoned Insurance practitioner with over twenty-five (25) years experience in the insurance industry. He had his first degree from University of Benin, with a Bachelor degree in Geography. He is a fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (FCIIN) and has an MBA degree in Marketing Management from Lagos State University (LASU)..

He was the General Manager (Technical) of Afri-Ovis Insurance Brokers Limited and rose through the ranks of Zenith General Insurance Company Ltd to the position of General Manager overseeing the activities of the Underwriting, Claims and Reinsurance departments of the company until his recent appointment as the MD/CEO of Zenith Life Assurance Company Limited. He is also a Director of Venus Medicare.

He has attended various Underwriting and Risk Management courses, both locally and internationally..

Chuks Okoh, FCA, is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) with over 30 years’ post-graduation work experience in careers spanning the Banking Industry & the Telecommunications sector. He graduated from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, (BSc), 1987 and started his banking career with Citibank Nigeria in 1989. As part of his career growth, he has worked with Diamond Bank Plc, Equity Bank of Nigeria, and Intercontinental Bank Plc (all now part of Access Bank Plc) rising to the position of Deputy General Manager.

He subsequently moved into the Telecommunications sector as an Executive Director, with the specific responsibility for Internal Audit & Control, Systems Control & Assurance, Compliance & Due Diligence functions at Visafone Communications Limited. Upon the acquisition of Visafone Communications Limited by MTN Nigeria Limited, he was assigned the responsibility for the transition process, handling all legacy issues relating to the acquisition on behalf of the previous owners of Visafone Communications Limited....

Victor Iyalekhue Abulele is the Chief Financial Officer of Cyberspace Limited Group of Companies. He holds HND in Accountancy and MBA, Marketing

Chidi Obegolu-Umeoji is a graduate of University of Port-Harcourt and currently the head of Business Development. She has an MBA from the University of Liverpool, and she is currently training on Public Health at the University of Michigan.

Her dynamism has been a propelling force in Venus Medicare’s Business Development drive through innovative business strategies, unparalleled client relationship management, brand and service development etc. She believes, and lives out the credo that, “success, whether personal or professional is a continuous process which one should never give up on”.

Olamide Olajolo Olamide holds Bachelor of Science degree in Insurance from the University of Lagos and became an Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria in 1999.A fellow of the Institute (FIIN) in 2010. He is also a Fellow of Risk Managers Society of Nigeria (RIMSON).

He started his insurance career with International Loss Adjuster, from where he moved to WAPIC Insurance Company Limited and left as the Head of Manufacturing and Industrial Group.Before his engagement with Zenith General Insurance Company Limited as a pioneer staff, he worked with Standard Alliance Insurance Plc as Head, Marine, Special Risks and General Accident Unit where he contributed immensely to the development and expansion of the Underwriting and Risk Management Department of the Company.

Olamide has attended many courses in Energy insurance, Reinsurance, Risk management as well as Marketing locally and abroad, which has impacted positively on his contributions to the organizations in which he has worked. He is a seasoned Insurance practitioner with over Twenty (20) years’ experience. He has an MBA degree in General Management and a Master’s Degree in Risk Management (MRM) from University of Lagos (UNILAG).
